Modular Mountain Home

We built a modular home in the White Mountains. The house has three floors. It was built in a factory, trucked to our land, and set on the foundation in one day. We chose modular because the house was weather tight in two and a half days, giving us more time. We could have had the factory do more — even finish the second floor — but chose not to. This journal follows the build from factory to finish — August 2023 to fall 2024.
